No. Technical discovery is part of the free initial consultation. We use it to decide with you if a useful project fits. There is no paid discovery step.
Large enough to deliver and verify for the price. If the work you need is larger, such as a full migration, we scope a useful first part of it. If no suitable scope exists, we tell you rather than take on open-ended work.
It is optional. After handover, you can keep us on a retainer at $60 per hour per developer. We agree the developers, authorized hours, spending limit and response windows in advance. It is not unlimited work, emergency coverage or 24/7 support.
By agreement. We agree the ownership of code and data, access, backups, responsibilities and an exit plan before we quote, and hosting charges are stated separately.
Your team receives the work, the test evidence and the operating and rollback documentation, with a walkthrough. Your team owns the result; support afterward is optional.
